Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to join their team in Marysville, WA. The role focuses on leasing and managing residential properties, assisting prospective residents with property viewing, assisting with lease agreements, and managing resident communication and relations. Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Residential Property Management
- LIHTC Experience
- Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Proficiency in English
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management software)
- Must pass a background and drug screening
