Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to join their team. This role involves client interaction, apartment property management tasks such as applicant screening, lease arrangement, and lease renewal. Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
- LIHTC experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Proficiency in English.
