Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement or system support roles in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and user stories
- Experience in programming or scripting for system customization (e.g., Python, VBA, JavaScript, or similar)
- Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and leveraging Machine Learning models (e.g., Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs) to automate tasks and enhance system configurations
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
- Basic knowledge of workflows and parameters in advanced supply planning systems (e.g., 09, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP, OMP)
- Basic understanding of ERP systems like SAP ECC & S/4 Hana or similar
