Job Description
We are looking for a Crew Accommodations Agent to oversee and coordinate hotel and ground transportation bookings for our Client's Crew members. The role requires efficient handling of booking requirements through our proprietary system and managing communications through email, chat, phone calls, and direct interactions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the hotel/travel industry or a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in travel coordination or hospitality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems
