The role requires efficient handling of booking requirements through a proprietary system and managing communications through email, chat, phone calls, and direct interactions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in hotel/travel industry or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in travel coordination or hospitality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems
