Crew Accommodations Agent

Corpay is looking for a Crew Accommodations Agent to oversee and coordinate hotel and ground transportation bookings for client's crew members. The role requires efficient handling of booking requirements through a proprietary system and managing communications through email, chat, phone calls, and direct interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in hotel/travel industry or similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in travel coordination or hospitality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems
