I-485 Remote Business Immigration Attorney

We are seeking Immigration Attorneys to prepare and file I-485 applications for clients seeking permanent residence or adjustment of status. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of I-485 and experience in handling diverse visa types. The US presence is remote, with candidates residing in the states listed.

Requirements

• Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters.
• Develop an expert-level understanding of your client cases.
• Manage various projects and deadlines, and prepare and revise documents.
• Be able to explain legal terminology to clients succinctly in a timely manner.
• Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.
• Develop solutions to complex legal questions.
• Provide training to client companies and individuals on substantive legal topics and updates about new immigration laws and regulations.
• Work with esteemed global mobility personnel and the office of general counsel.
• Supervise the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation.
• Possess the skill set to assess the eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the U.S.
