Field Agronomist- Crop Protection (Sonora -Baja California)

Field Agronomist- Crop Protection role at Corteva Agriscience to support mega growers/agroexporters in Sonora & Baja California, México. Responsible for technical support, demand generation, and positioning Corteva solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree/engineering degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience.
• Full English proficiency.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in AG and CP industry (prefer job-related work experience).
• Significant background and/or education in crop agronomy or related field.
• Strong understanding of crop agronomics and the financial drivers of a grower’s business.
• Deep technical knowledge and understanding of the fruits and vegetables market, its production and critical agronomic and other inputs that enable maximization of yield and return on investment.
• Demonstrates strong communication/persuasive skills.
• Ability to maintain current business and develop new business.
• Reside in the position's area of influence
