Field Agronomist en Cultivos de Especialidad -Biológicos (Jalisco y Michoacán)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Field Agronomist Biologicals to join our team in Central Mexico area (Jalisco, Michoacan), Mexico. The Field Agronomist -Biologicals will be responsible to tech support mega growers/agroexporters in terms of agronomical practices, resistance management, and multiple issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree/engineering degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience
• Full English proficiency
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Agricultural biological industry
• Significant background and/or education in crop agronomy or related field
• Strong understanding of crop agronomics and the financial drivers of a grower’s business
• Deep technical knowledge and understanding of the fruits and vegetables market, its production and critical agronomic and other inputs that enable maximization of yield and return on investment
• Demonstrates strong communication/persuasive skills
• Ability to maintain current business and develop new business
• Reside in the position's area of influence
