Job Description
Cottage Health is seeking an Access Case Manager for their SBCH Care Management department, responsible for utilization review, utilization management, and quality assurance. The case manager will engage with stakeholders, maintain knowledge of regulations, and support the care process. They will focus on proactive communication and client autonomy.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of two years direct patient care experience in an acute care setting
- California nursing license in good standing
- Computer system proficiency
- Ability to manage basic online and support functions.
