Job Description
Cottage Health is seeking a Utilization Management Case Manager for their SBCH Care Management department, responsible for quality assurance and discharge planning for assigned services/patients. This role focuses on optimizing care through quality outcomes and fostering stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current California Nursing license in good standing
- 2 years direct patient care experience in an acute care setting
- Prior case management experience in an acute care setting
- Experience working with pediatric patients (Preferred)
