Job Description
Cottage Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their Medical Social Work department. The role involves bio-psycho-social assessments, care coordination, clinical interventions, program development, and discharge planning. The therapist will work with patients who are medically and psychosocially complex and must uphold Cottage Health’s patient first philosophy.
Requirements
- Minimum: Master's in Social Work (MSW) degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited School of Social Work.
- Current California Clinical Social Work License (LCSW) required upon hire.
- California Children Services (CCS) paneling required within six months of hire.
- Minimum: 1-2 years of relevant clinical social work experience.
- 3-4 years of related experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
