Job Description
Cottage Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their Medical Social Work department. This role involves performing bio-psycho-social assessments, care coordination, and clinical interventions within a fast-paced, complex patient population. The ideal candidate will understand and apply Cottage Health's Patient First Philosophy and maintain a consistent clinical approach.
Requirements
- Minimum: Master's in Social Work (MSW) degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited School of Social Work.
- Current California Clinical Social Work License (LCSW) required upon hire.
- California Children Services (CCS) paneling required within six months of hire.
- California Children Services (CCS) paneling required within six months of hire.
- Certified Social Worker in Health Care (C-SWHC) preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant clinical social work experience required.
- 3-4 years of related experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
