Requirements
- Recruit and enroll eligible families
- Develop a rapport and provide service through ongoing interactions
- Complete and maintain Family Strengths Assessments and Family Partnership Agreements
- Support families in accomplishing their identified goals
- Practice real-time data entry to ensure program integrity
- Partner with local community resources and agencies
- Advocate for families
- Assist families in finding medical and dental homes
- Guide families to utilize available services
- Team with teachers to ensure effective communications
