Work with families to assess their strengths and support them in setting and meeting individual and family goals. Guide families toward healthy self-reliance and nurture positive relationships with families.

Requirements

• Recruit and complete enrollment with eligible families
• Develop a rapport and provide service through ongoing interactions
• Initiate Family Strengths Assessments and Family Partnership Agreements
• Provide ongoing support and advocate for families
