Senior Merchant Account Manager

CP One Japan is looking for a Senior Merchant Account Manager to lead the team in charge of the main merchants of Rocket Now. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, flexibility to make quick decisions, and the ability to establish and achieve team OKRs.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in sales/account management
• Over 3 years of experience as a team leader/manager
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to determine direction
• High communication skills in both Japanese and English
