Job Description

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
- Knowledge of nursing theory, hospital policies, infection control, and fire safety
- Current license/permit to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Tennessee
- Current certification in the life support program(s) specific to the unit(s) worked (CPR, ACLS, NALS) or recertified during orientation
