Job Description
Claiborne Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time, 72-hour per pay period, 8-hour shift LPN II-NURSING HOME. The position involves administering routine resident care, planning and implementing nursing care, directing CNAs, and providing direct patient care. The role requires maintaining continuity of care, scheduling nursing tasks, and ensuring a safe environment.
Requirements
- Maintains continuity of resident care.
- Assigns residents to CNAs.
- Administers medications, IV fluids, and other medications.
- Performs duties related to admission, discharge, and patient care plans.
