Crown is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide a warm, professional, and efficient experience for guests, visitors, and clients. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, assisting with administrative duties, and maintaining a well-stocked office environment. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality.

Requirements

• Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage visitor check-in/check-out processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Assist with visa and passport documentation and maintain confidentiality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office space.
• Assist with meeting and event support, including booking and coordinating.
• Perform basic clerical duties, support diversity, equity, inclusion and employee engagement programs
