Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and influential Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead and advance our safety culture across UK manufacturing sites and field service teams. This high-visibility role is responsible for ensuring legal compliance, upholding safety and environmental standards, and serving as a critical link between corporate leadership and frontline employees. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and a visible leader.
Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- IOSH Chartered Membership desirable
- AET/PTLLS or similar training qualifications desirable
- Experience overseeing remote teams or field-based service operations a strong advantage
