Mergon is hiring a Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team in Blackburn, UK. The role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and driving benchmark performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an H&S officer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience as H&S officer, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management system
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence others and work as part of a team
- Ability to work independent and part of a team
