Head Of Growth Marketing (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to join our team for a year's maternity cover from May 26. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and acquiring new customers across a range of channels, promoting the right products to the right people at the right time.

Requirements

• Analytical skills with ability to dig into data, problem-solving and finding opportunities
• Experience in managing a small team and leading them to deliver great work
• Ability to manage uncertainty and complexity, and form and deliver solutions
• Strong grasp of managing spends, ensuring optimal blend of marketing channels, and forecasting performance
• Understanding of ROI versus LTV and AOV
• Ability to manage agencies across a range of activity types
• Self-servicing skills on analytics
• Good grasp of working with creative teams
