Job Description
Responsible for generating profitable capacity through the effective deployment of carrier sales resources for specified region. Manages region to achieve objectives established in the Company’s Strategic Plan. Seeks out and targets new carriers, initiates action plan to approach and secure profitable capacity for the Company.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of transportation brokerage and /or logistics procurement experience required
- Proficiency in utilizing industry capacity and pricing tools (DAT, GetLoaded, Truckstop, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
