Create is hiring a Director, Operations Strategy to lead high impact strategic initiatives across our operations function. This role will take end to end ownership of projects that improve cost structure, simplify complexity, strengthen systems, and increase operational performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, startup operations, private equity portfolio operations, or related roles with ownership of cross functional initiatives
- Advanced Financial Modeling: Strong ability to build detailed financial models and ROI analyses to support operational decision making
- Structured Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to own complex projects end to end with minimal oversight, driving clear timelines, deliverables, and accountability across functions
- Analytical Rigor: Highly analytical and structured thinker who can break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and decisions
- Systems and Process Orientation: Experience improving operational systems or redesigning workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
- Cross Functional Influence: Ability to work across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and leadership teams to drive aligned execution
- Executive Communication: Comfortable presenting structured analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
