Director of Strategic Operations

Director of Strategic Operations to drive strategic planning and execution, solve cross-functional problems, and lead special projects. Must have 6-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a high-ownership business role, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes and previous exposure to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a high-ownership business role
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Previous exposure to executive leadership—either as a direct report or close partner to the C-suite
• Experience in high-growth environments (Series B+ or rapid scaling)
• Logistics, supply chain, marketplace, or technology industry background preferred
• Management consulting (MBB, Big 4 strategy) or investment banking/PE background
