Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a prn Occupational Therapist for their private practice in Peru, IN. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions. The therapist will work collaboratively with other team members and participate in quality improvement initiatives. The position is based on an on-site setting.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and five years of direct practice experience.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
- Demonstrated competency in applying occupational therapy principles to patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adequate computer skills for documentation and computerized systems.
