Requirements
- Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding annual targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in K-12 institutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to school administrators and educators in the adoption of our products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Provide exceptional customer support and proactively seek opportunities for engagement
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and industry trends
- Manage a detailed sales pipeline and accurately document all customer interactions
- Improve customer retention through dedicated service and support
- Represent SmartLab at educational conferences and events to promote brand awareness
- Participate in ongoing training and continue to develop sales skills
- Travel as needed (up to 50%) to meet clients and prospects
