Engineering Manager, iOS

Credit Genie is a mobile-first financial wellness platform that leverages artificial intelligence to provide personalized insights and financial tools. The company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its iOS team, responsible for building and improving mobile applications. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing mobile engineering teams and 5+ years of hands-on experience building native iOS applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing mobile engineering teams of 5 or more
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping native iOS applications in production
• Experience building and operating mission-critical mobile applications at scale
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex projects
• Experienced in mentoring future leaders and growing talent
• Fosters a culture of ownership, accountability, and urgency
• Familiar with incident management and on-call operations
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with a bias for action
• Solid understanding of security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
