Job Description
CreditAssociates, a leading direct-to-consumer financial services company, is seeking a Revenue Specialist. This role focuses on ensuring timely revenue collection, restructuring settlements, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. The position offers a variety of training and potential career advancement.
Requirements
- Review accounts to ensure all fees are collected or scheduled appropriately.
- Process refunding/reversing fees when appropriate.
- Review accounts to resolve client-specific issues.
- Analyze and resolve client-specific scenarios to prevent settlement defaults.
- Research and resolve issues that put clients’ settlements at risk.
- Communicate issues and trends to department management.
- Research and resolve uncollected payments.
- Identify fees that can be pulled forward into this month’s cash flow.
