The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading the company's sales strategy to drive consistent, profitable growth, and must have a proven track record in high-volume B2C inside sales environment with 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- 5 years in a senior-level role
- Proven track record in high-volume B2C inside sales environment
- Call center leadership experience
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Knowledge of debt relief, financial services, consumer finance or other highly regulated industries (preferred)
- High sense of accountability, urgency, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
