Spa Lead

The Spa Lead oversees daily service operations, supervises staff, and is responsible for ordering supplies, creating SOPs, and enforcing company policies. The role involves developing reward systems, providing inventory counts, and collaborating with Spa Director to create new services.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Sales experience
• Managerial experience
• Hospitality and/or resort experience
• Current licensure in the field of application
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation, training, and development skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment
• Understanding of salon and spa safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to problem-solve and address guest issues professionally
