Product Structuring and Performance Analytics - Director

Crestline Investors, Inc. is seeking a Product Structuring and Performance Analytics - Director to lead the structuring, implementation, and maintenance of Crestline's product suite, as well as fund-level performance analytics and modeling. The role requires a strong understanding of private fund structure mechanics, portfolio performance mechanics, and calculations.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of relevant experience at a leading asset manager, bank, or other financial institution with a focus on private markets
• Strong understanding of private Fund structure mechanics, with previous experience tailoring solutions for either insurance or wealth investors preferred
• Strong understanding on portfolio performance mechanics and calculations
• Willingness and ability to work both on strategic, tactical, and detailed projects and regular deliverables
• Experience in project managing and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
• Proven problem solver and internal collaborator
• Prior evidence of learning and applying new subject matter
• Advanced Excel skills
• CFA or other equivalent qualification preferred
• Clear communicator, both verbally and written for both internal and external audiences or stakeholders
