Job Description
The SMT Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the assemble of electronic components onto printed circuit boards according to work instructions and quality standards.
Requirements
- Set up and operate various machines according to work instructions and specifications.
- Clean solder pots and perform daily maintenance.
- Perform non-machine related tasks as necessary.
- Provide feedback to management, engineering, inspectors or operators when production issues arise.
- Complete all documentation pertaining to the process daily outputs.
- Perform inspections related to the process operation.
- Update Teams goal logs daily.
- Read, interpret and follow instructions and/or procedures
- Perform visual inspection of printed circuit boards for specified defects
- Perform required machine maintenance or cleaning
