Senior Sales Account Executive

We're hiring a senior-level Sales Executive to drive commercial HVAC service growth in one of the most active and competitive markets in the Northeast.

Requirements

• 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical services, or related building services.
• Strong knowledge of service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and project-based service work.
• A track record of selling into Class A commercial buildings, healthcare, education, industrial, or mixed-use facilities.
• Comfort operating independently while collaborating with operations and leadership.
• High integrity, strong business judgment, and a long-term mindset.
