Job Description
As an Associate Renewals Manager, you'll be responsible for maximizing customer retention by effectively managing the renewal process, aligning with customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams. This role involves assessing license usage, developing renewal quotes, and ensuring timely closure of renewals. The position requires a strong understanding of customer business goals and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer success, sales, or renewals (preferred)
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet connection, PC with a basic processor and ample RAM, and noise-canceling headset.
