Job Description
The Client Services Representative will assist customers with questions and concerns, educate them on products and services, and encourage a positive relationship. They will also manage new user accounts, training new clients, and assist other departments. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience working in a background screening company
- Experience with verification processes (employment, education, reference checks)
- Leadership or management experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in a Clients Services Department in a call center environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Experience in Salesforce preferred
- Proven ability to build, nurture, and retain client relationships
- Ability to sit and work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Navigate using multiple applications and internet research
- Typing 45 WPM
