Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support regulatory, operational, and risk management initiatives for a client. The role requires a strong understanding of AML/CFT frameworks, KYC/CDD processes, and international compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be strong in financial and digital asset compliance and capable of clear communication and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, FATF, OFAC, and FinCEN standards
- Experience with blockchain tracing tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or Elliptic)
- Ability to interpret financial and digital asset transaction data
- Skilled in risk assessment, control evaluation, and remediation planning
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
