Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support regulatory, operational, and risk management initiatives for a client in the Latin America region. The role requires a strong understanding of AML/CFT frameworks, KYC/CDD processes, and international compliance standards, with an eye towards digital asset compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, communicative, and possess strong integrity.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, FATF, OFAC, and FinCEN standards
- Experience with blockchain tracing tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic)
- Ability to interpret financial and digital asset transaction data
- Skilled in risk assessment, control evaluation, and remediation planning
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
- Availability to work 20–30 hours per week
- Internet Connection (15-30 Mbps)
- Backup Internet Connection (10-30 Mbps)
- Backup Connection (capable of supporting work during power outages)
