Job Description
As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning experience. This role involves engaging with students via online workshops and live sessions, responding to chat communication, and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and communication skills and a passion for empowering women.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Minimum 3 years in customer service (preferred 3 years in sales)
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus)
- Internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup)
- Backup internet connection (10 Mbps or greater)
- Work 20-25 hours per week
