Job Description
The Customer Service Manager will be the primary point of contact for students, engaging with them online, facilitating group calls, and responding to communications. This role requires excellent writing and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and passion for empowering women. The position is primarily remote, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule
- Minimum 3 years in customer service (preferred 3 years in sales)
- Experience with social work, teaching, or related fields is a plus
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with CRM systems (GoHighLevel) and digital tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong desire to learn
