Job Description
The Go-to-Market Operations Lead is responsible for building and managing HubSpot Sales + Marketing program end-to-end. This role involves designing a data model, establishing SLAs, implementing automation, and creating SOPs. The role focuses on operationalizing the revenue engine, not just data, and requires a combination of hands-on work and proactive planning.
Requirements
- 3+ years building/administering HubSpot Sales Hub (Marketing Hub familiarity required)
- Hands-on success with pipelines/forecasting, sequences/playbooks, scoring/routing, Products/Quotes, dashboards, and governance
- Practical experience connecting Ads + GA4/GTM and at least one telephony/CTI tool
- Excellent documentation, training, and async collaboration skills
- At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
- A webcam
