Job Description
Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Lead will be responsible for building and managing HubSpot Sales + Marketing programs end-to-end, ensuring data-driven execution. This role involves designing data models, defining SLAs, automating workflows, creating SOPs, and providing operational support for revenue-generating activities. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- 3+ years building/administering HubSpot Sales Hub
- Hands-on experience with pipelines/forecasting, sequences/playbooks, scoring/routing, Products/Quotes, dashboards, and governance
- Practical experience connecting Ads + GA4/GTM and at least one telephony/CTI tool
- Excellent documentation, training, and async collaboration skills
- At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
- A desktop or laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM, i3 processor for backup
- A webcam
