Job Description
The Sales Development Team Lead will coach the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in cold prospecting, lead management, and follow-ups, providing regular feedback and role-play coaching to elevate their performance. This role involves conducting outreach, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with sales leadership. The Lead will also drive follow-through of the sales cycle and ensure quality assurance of outbound calls.
