Job Description
The Sales Development Team Lead will coach the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on cold prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-ups, managing appointments and providing regular feedback. The role involves coaching, mentorship, and performance management of the team and will require attendance at webinars and events. This position is remote with B2B focus.
