Job Description
CrewBloom is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to build and maintain relationships with clients, manage sales pipelines, and drive revenue. The role involves conducting sales calls, demos, and qualified lead assessment, along with effective communication, negotiation, and market research. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual comfortable in a remote-first setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Business Development Representative or similar sales role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
