Job Description
This Solutions Engineer role bridges the gap between Sales and Technology, providing technical expertise and tailored solutions to customers. Responsibilities include configuring demos, delivering software demonstrations, providing technical assistance, and supporting AI projects. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Working knowledge of the background screening industry (preferred).
- Functional understanding of APIs and browser-based integrations.
