Senior Recruiter (10 month contract)

Creyos is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a 10-month maternity leave contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workable as an ATS and be able to manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles. This role will involve end-to-end recruitment, ATS management, interview coordination, resume review, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter or similar role
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Familiarity and proficiency with Workable or similar ATS systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize recruitment metrics for decision-making
