Requirements

• At least 3-5 years in operations management
• 2 years at the director level, preferably in a legal setting
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Proven track record in creating, implementing, and driving transformative operational processes and programs
• Demonstrated ability to identify potential operational blind spots and devise solutions
• Innovative management and communication skills
