Job Description
CKF, a leading plaintiff firm in Indiana, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. The role involves data analysis, A/B testing, campaign reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize ROI and contribute to firm growth. They prioritize analytics and accountability in the marketing process.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing multi-channel paid campaigns (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube)
- Strong track record of delivering measurable ROI
- Confident pulling and interpreting data, not just receiving reports
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- On-site commitment (willingness to work in-house)
