Job Description
This paid media specialist role at Amaro Law Firm involves managing high-spend lead generation in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, social media, and potentially other channels). The role requires collaboration with various teams, including content, SEO, and intake, to optimize ROAS, CTR, and CPA, delivering clean reporting to leadership. It’s an onsite position with the potential for hybrid work after 90 days.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in performance media, ideally in legal or a service-based category.
- Deep fluency in Google Ads and LSAs.
- Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with social media advertising and AI tools.
- Experience partnering with sales teams.
- Proactive and autonomous approach.
