Job Description
Project Coordinator supports the successful development of interactive web-based solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget. They will assist in developing plans, schedules, and oversight of all project activities, applying technical, theoretical, and managerial skills to meet project requirements while fostering strong professional relationships.
Requirements
- Assist in development, maintenance and execution of project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s)
- Contribute to continual process and people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutions
- Assist in establishing clear project parameters supporting the success of all internal and client team members
- Provide and promote high standards of professionalism and leadership throughout the life of projects
- Assist in creating and maintaining a project schedule
- Assist in forecasting, tracking and managing project budgets, purchase orders and invoices
- Assist in acquiring appropriate resources to meet project needs
- Assist in planning and managing internal and external project communications
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating and communicating project risk
